Season 3 Episode 1 (Season Premiere): “From Hawaii with Love” - 5align.
Results coach Dave Romeo focuses on website custodian and 5 Align business owner Dalyn Newby who’s lived all over the world, escaped erupting volcanoes, survived a broken back, and flew all the way to Hawaii to help save a struggling business for a man he never met. Later, Dave welcomes WWII and Korean War veteran 90-year-old Armond Acri who explains why his new book, The Luckiest Man in the World is so apply named.
Season 3 Episode 2: “Integrity on Tap” - Talent Tap.
Dave Romeo focuses on one of his most successful proteges, Bernadette Hill, owner of Talent Tap. Plus, former introvert, David Leedom of The Hightower Group explains how he came out of his shell to make custom software “easy enough for grown-ups to use.”
Season 3 Episode 3: “Millennial Maverick” - Around the Clock Cleaning.
Coach Dave Romeo focuses on a 26-year-old man with an uncommon work ethic who’s been running his cleaning business for the past 5 years. Also, after a career-ending injury, former NFL player and Philadelphia Eagle, Ron Johnson reinvents himself to tackle financial planning for young professional athletes.
Season 2 Episode 4: “Something Old, Something New” - Chestnut Hill Villa.
Dave Romeo focuses on how Erica Graber and the crew at Chestnut Hill Villa transformed a farmhouse built in 1755 into a state-of-the-art destination wedding venue in the heart of Amish Country. Also, Jacques Abreu is inspired to write Your Wisdom Chronicles to make sure his lovely wife could fulfill her dream of going back to cosmetology school.
Season 3 Episode 5: “Building on Perseverance” - A D & C Enterprises, LLC.
Coach Dave Romeo works with Austin Duchaine who, from age 14, has been working in drywall and is working across the country to aid other contractors with hurricane relief. Today, he’s on a mission to train his staff and his industry through a brand-new training platform. Plus, after running her gym for 3 years, Olivia Furlow of Warehouse 37 seeks the strength to carry on when she learns that her landlord has rented the space right across from her to a direct competitor.
Season 3 Episode 6 (Season Finale): “Painting the Town!” - Artist Tom Hermansader
Coach Dave Romeo looks over the incredibly successful career of a Lancaster County artist who used a stroke of genius to combine nostalgic images and magnificent artwork. And author, Crystal Catharine Noel spreads an inspiring message of love in her new book, The Little Angel of Hope.
